Since the Practice was established in 1973 we have carried out professional services on behalf of Network Rail and its predecessors. We have worked upon over 1000 refurbishment projects from station upgrades to new stations including Ashford International Passenger Station.

From 1994 we have been engaged to administer the maintenance and repair works with a total annual budget of £8million to over 1000 properties in the Midlands and East Anglia Region and have provided compliance monitoring services covering health and safety audits and checks on quality of workmanship across these areas.

Other services carried out for this client include feasibility studies for commercial redevelopment proposals to major Railway stations and an Asset Management Programme to over 250 stations in the Midlands.
